The presidential candidate of All Progressive Congress, APC, Gen. Muhamadu Buhari (retd), has promised to restructure the Nigerian Army and police, if elected in upcoming February 14 presidential election.
Mr. Buhari, who really wants to be elected as president made this promise on Thursday in Gusau, Zamfara state, at the inauguration of his campaign.
He also said, his plans, if it materializes, would boost both forces (Army and Police) in our country, Nigeria to battle all this uncalled for insurgency.
