Arising from the recent development in looking into the education sector by Nigerian senates, the JAMB board is required by the senates to increase the validity of its result from one to three years.
According to the report gathered from the senates' view on Nigerians capabilities to gain admission; looking critically on the aspect of money and other resources to obtain admission within the validity of one year has been seen as bone of contention for many Nigerians. As a result of this, many Nigerians who do not have enough money after taken JAMB to quick beat the one year validity are left with no option than to stay and wait for another JAMB before they can start processing admission into university.
For ease admission, senate wants JAMB to extend result validity from one to three years so that if any student fails for the first year of his JAMB result would still have opportunity to gain admission the next one or two year (s).
