Coach Samson Siasia has rewarded each
member of the U-23 Eagles side with $100 following their qualification
for the last four at the Africa U-23 Nations Cup.
The U-23 Eagles battled to a goalless
draw against the North Africans, a result which was enough to see them
secure qualification for the semi-finals.
Nigeria will take on hosts Senegal for a place in the final at the Stade Leopold Sedar Senghor on Wednesday.
The winner of the tie will secure automatic qualification to play in the football event of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Champions of the CAF U-23 AFCON, first and second runners-up will qualify right away to represent Africa in the football event of the Olympics, while the fourth placed team in the competition will face an Asian side in a playoff.
